Submission Instruction

1. Create your Web ID

All participants (corresponding authors, joint authors, and attendees) are requested to create the Web IDs for their submissions and/or registrations. A single Web ID issued here will be used throughout the PAEE/ALE’ 2026 events. The link is as follows:

Please note that a "joint author" and "attendee" cannot submit a paper. A paper can be submitted before all the joint authors complete the Web ID creation. A joint author who is not a corresponding author can be a presenter.

2. Submit your abstract (300 words) using your Web ID

Corresponding authors can submit their abstract. A unique Paper ID will be assigned for each abstract when submission is completed. Each corresponding author can submit multiple abstracts using his/her single Web ID. The link is as follows:

3. Full paper, Extended abstract paper and Workshop and/or Hands-on Paper

Authors of accepted abstract can submit your paper. The conference proceedings will contain only full papers. Extended Abstract Papers will be published as a PDF in the Conference Program with the schedule and sponsor advertisements. They can update your paper when you submit your Camera Ready paper.

4. Camera-ready submission

Authors of accepted paper can submit Camera Ready paper.
