Registration and Submission Instructions

1. Registration

All of first, all participants (oral presenters, poster presenters, and audiences) are requested to do their registration. After you have finished your registration, you can get your a single Web ID. It issued here will be used throughout the SAES 2024 events. The link is as follows:

Please note that any audiences cannot become a presenter.

2. Submit your presentation using your Web ID

Oral presenters and poster presenters can submit their presentation after they have finished their registration. A unique Paper ID will be assigned for each abstract when the submission is completed. Each oral presenter and poster presenters can submit multiple abstracts using his/her single Web ID. Abstract MUST be made using the official Templates which can be downloaded from this website. The link is as follows:

3. Invitation letter

If you would like to get your invitation letter, you can get it to click "Invitation letter". You can get your invitation letter after you have finished your registration. This link will work until November 15th, 2024.

Please note that the invitation letter cannot help for getting your VISA to get into Japan.

I have forgotten my password.
A1:
You can reset your password at the password reset page (closed).
Q2:
I have forgotten my Web ID.
A2:
You can see your Web ID at sending email automatically after you have finished your registration. The subject the email is "(SAES2024) Registration has been finished". SAES 2024 System Administrator can let you know the Web ID if you cannot see the email.
