• Technical tour is canceled due to the spread of COVID-19. The prices of the full participation registration and the social event ticket have been reduced accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

Requests to cancel registration must be sent to the secretary general by e-mail. With requests that comply with the following cancellation policy, refunds will be made within two months after the conference. No-shows are not applicable for refunds. The refunds will be made either to the credit card or bank transfer. If the refund cannot be made to your credit card due to unavoidable reasons (e.g. expiration of the card), the refund will be made via bank transfer.

Disclaimer Notice

1. The ACSMO 2022 Local Organizing Committee reserves the right to cancel or postpone ACSMO 2022 or to change the schedule or the venue or the style of the congress without prior notice, due to the occurrence of any event of force majeure.
2. Any expenses paid by a registered participant (e.g. airplane tickets, accommodation fee, VISA issuing fee, any other expenses) shall not be compensated by the ACSMO 2022 Organizing Committee.
3. In such a contingency stated above in 1, the ACSMO 2022 Local Organizing Committee shall refund part of the registration fee and social event ticket.

Registration Instruction

1. Create your Web ID

All registrants are requested to create the Web IDs. If you have already had your Web ID, you do not need to make a new Web ID. If you are a corresponding author, you have already created your Web ID. If you have already created your Web ID at the submission site, please click "Registration" and use the Web ID.

2. Registration using your Web ID

If you have not decided whether on-site or online participation, we recommend you register as "Technical session only" tentatively. You will be able to switch to on-site participation by purchasing a "social event ticket" afterward. Accompanying guests are also invited to the social events by purchasing "social event tickets". Please note that a presenter will be required to input the Paper ID to complete the registration form. A student rate attendee will be required to upload an electronic copy of the student ID.

3. Publish your invoice, receipt and electronic invitation letter

If you would like to get your invoice, receipt and electronic invitation letter, you can get it by clicking "Publish your documents". You can get your invoice after your registration data was sent to our server using our registration system. You can get your receipt and/or electronic invitation letter after our registration system have recognized that your have completed your payment. This link will work until May 26, 2022.
