Note
- For authors with multiple paper(s)/poster(s), one author / poster presenter registration is valid only for one paper/poster.
- At least one author / poster presenter should register by the end of early registration. The paper/poster for which no one registers by the end of early registration will be rejected automatically.
- The registration fee is non-refundable. Your registration will be invalid if your payment has not been completed by the due date.

Edit your registration and Publish your Invoice, Receipt and Invitation Letter
If you would like to edit your registration after you have finished your registration, please click "Edit your registration". If you would like to get your invoice and/or receipt, you can get it to click "Invoice, Receipt, and Invitation letter". You can get your invoice after your registration data was sent to our server using our registration system. You can get your receipt and/or invitation letter after our registration system have recognized that you have completed your payment. This link will work until Novemver 27th, 2025.

Visa Information
Visa requirements and the average application processing time vary depending on the country of origin. Please explore the MOFA website for more information on obtaining a visa. Attendees who will require a visa may request a letter of invitation to support their visa application during the registration process. They are required to provide information about their involvement in cryptography/cybersecurity/privacy research prior to issuing the invitation letter. Note that the visa support process starts only after completing registration and payment for the IWSEC. The committee recommends that the attendees register well before the IWSEC due to the processing times to obtain their visas.
We can support to get the VISA for the following attendees who meet the following criteria:
- The attendees who has finished registration and paying the registration fee
- Author or the resercher of Artificial Intelligence / AI Privacy / AI Safety / Security for AI / Systems for AI / Hardware / Networks / Information Security
Note that the visa support process starts only after completing registration and payment for the letter of invitation of JPY 5,000.

- The person in charge will send the information to get your VISA by email after he/she has checked the above information.
Accommodation Information
The occupancy rate of hotels is high in Fukuoka because Fukuoka is one of the most famous tourist destinations in Japan. Some hotels room are fully reserved, so we recommend booking your accommodation early. You can see the Hotel List here.
