Certificate for Completion of Registration to the ERFS System

Most of foreign new immigrants need "Certificate for Completion of Registration to the ERFS System (受付済証)" to enter into Japan. The secretariat can send the certification to the following people:

If you would like to get the certificate to enter into Japan, please pay additional fee. The amount is 5,500 JPY. Only in-pserson author/participant can select the option. Organizing committee doesn't send the certificate for online author/participant. The process of sending the letter will be started after you have finished your payment.

  1. Prices are presented in Japanese Yen.
  2. JCB, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners are accepted.
  3. This registration and payment agency is Conference Service Inc. "Conference Service" will be shown on your credit card statement after you finish the payment.

You can do your registration using your Web ID. The link is as follows:

Your registration process is as below:

  1. You login using your Web ID.
  2. You can input your information for your registration.
  3. You can confirm your information.
  4. Our system send your information to our server and send the confirmation to your email address. You can get your invoice at this page. If you have chosen "Credit card" as your payment method, you can see the link for your payment at this page.

You can pay your registration fee using your credit card on another date, too. In this case, your registration process is as below:

  1. You can input your information for your registration.
  2. You can confirm your information.
  3. Our system send your information to our server and send the confirmation to your email address. You can get your invoice at this page and you can close this page
  4. When you would like to pay your registration fee, you login again.
  5. You can see the button, "Pay your registration fee".

3. Publish your invoice and/or receipt

If you would like to get your invoice and/or receipt, you can get it to click "Invoice and/or Receipt". You can get your invoice after your registration data was sent to our server using our registration system. You can get your receipt after our registration system have recognized that you have completed your payment. This link will work until September 9, 2022.

Your Web ID was sent an email automatically after you have finished making your Web ID. The subject of the mail is "(HCC15) Your Web ID". The sender email address is hcc15_sysadmin@conferenceservice.jp. If you don't keep the email, please contact hcc15_sysadmin@conferenceservice.jp.
