If you already have a WebID, please proceed to continue/edit your registration or obtain your invoice, receipt, or invitation letter here:

If you have your WebID and would like to continue your registration, or if you have completed your registration and would like to edit it, please click on “Continue/Edit Your Registration.” If you would like to obtain your invoice or receipt, you can do so by clicking on "Invoice, Receipt, and Invitation Letter.” Please note that your invoice will be available once our system receives your registration data. Also, your receipt and invitation letter will be available once our system confirms that your payment has been completed. This link will remain active until June 25, 2025.

Cancel Policy

Until June 12 11:59pm AoE, 2025: Cancellations requested within 24 hours after registration will be fully refunded. The request should be send to ISCA2025 Secretariat (Taku Jiromaru @ Converence Service Inc.). ISCA 2025 will not provide any refunds or registration cancellations due to visa denials or other reasons. If you have special circumstances, please email the registration chair with an explanation for further consideration. This policy is simply a reflection of the fact that we have already made hotel food and beverage payments and other guarantees to various vendors. Thank you for your understanding.
After June 12, 2025: No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Visa Information

Visa requirements and the average application processing time vary depending on the country of origin. Please explore the MOFA website for more information on obtaining a visa. Attendees who will require a visa may request a letter of invitation to support their visa application during the registration process. They are required to provide information about their involvement in computer architecture prior to issuing the invitation letter. You can get more information at the Visa Information webpage.
