1. The "Regular" and "Student" registration fee includes lunches, welcome reception, banquet, and coffee breaks, as well as access to the conference scientific program.
2. "Accompanying person" registration includes lunches, welcome reception, banquet, and coffee breaks. Note that accompanying persons cannot access to the conference scientific program.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Any change or cancellation requests must be officially submitted in writing to secretary(_a_t_)iwsh2025.jp.
• From July 16th to August 15th, 2025: 30% of the registration fees will be charged.
• No refund will be processed for cancellations received from August 16th, 2025.

VISA Support

Visa requirements and the average application processing time vary depending on the country of origin. Please explore the MOFA website for more information on visa application. The Secretariat will assist you by providing an invitation letter for your visa application after your registration is successfully completed.
