Call for Abstracts

General Rules for Abstract Submission:

1. Please submit Abstracts using the submission form by clicking the button below.
2. Presentation for General Sessions is Oral or Poster presentation.
3. Presentation for Special Organized Sessions is Oral only.
4. Abstract MUST be made using the official Templates which can be downloaded from this website.
5. You can select 1st choice and 2nd choice from General Sessions (oral or poster) and / or Special Orgaized Sessions for 1 (one) Abstract to be accepted.
6. SAES2024 Committee and the Secretariat has a right to make final decision for which session your Abstract is accepted, which may not be either one of your choices.

The Announcement of Abstract Acceptance

• The announcement of abstract acceptance with your presentation date and session will be sent to you by e-mail.

• Unless otherwise stated herein, SAES committee is the copyright owner of all submitted abstracts, slides, posters, the layout, text, images, graphics, audio, video, and any other matters which lead to the creation of this Website ("The Copyrighted Materials"). The authors are also the copyright owner of each submitted abstract, slides, posters, layout, text, images, graphics, audio, video for the presentation, respectively.
• None of The Copyrighted Materials shall be reproduced, copied or modified in whole or in part, in whatever manner and medium without the prior written consent of Kyutech and authors.
