The oral presentation in general session, including time for questions and speaker transitions, is allocated 15 minutes per person. Each poster presenter should prepare your poster in a vertical format, sized between A1 and A0.

Thanks to your support, we have gathered a large number of participants. Although the progress in creating the program has been delayed, we will upload it to the website by the end of this week, so please bear with us a little longer. We will also provide an overview of the program and a tentative schedule for the sessions planned by various research centers at Kyushu Institute of Technology. Participation is open to everyone, so please feel free to actively join presentations on research topics that interest you or that you wish to collaborate on.

As previously announced, the poster presentations will be held in two sessions on the afternoon of the 15th. Please check the program to confirm your scheduled time. The list is divided into two groups, A and B, so make sure to verify which time slot your presentation falls under. Poster presentation applicants should use the search function to confirm that their number and name are included in the list. The use of a template is not mandatory, but those who wish to use one may download it. Please prepare your poster in portrait orientation, sized A0 or A1. Outstanding Presentation Awards will be selected from the student poster presentations, so do your best!

Oral presentations for the technical session will be held in parallel on the afternoon of the 14th and on the 15th. Please check the program to confirm your presentation time. Use the search function to verify that your number and name are included in the list on page 3. If you cannot find your name, please contact us. Please note that requests for changes submitted after the program was finalized may not have been accommodated yet. Thank you for your understanding.
